Why we started
Councils across the UK are under sustained pressure to house families and individuals at short notice, often within hours. At the same time, landlords are contending with voids, rising compliance obligations and unreliable management.
We built Tettey Services to serve both sides properly: a professionally managed supply of safe, inspection-ready homes for local authorities, and a genuinely hands-off, guaranteed income for the landlords who provide them.

Tettey Services is a member of the Property Redress Scheme, the government-approved redress scheme for property agents. Landlords and occupants have an independent route to resolve a complaint if we ever fail to put something right ourselves.
